The Craft Fair Experience 2011

Liam and Rose came out to see us.

Laura the Soap Lady

I'm/we're still processing the weekend adventure that is called Marlay Craft Fair. We had a fantastic next booth neighbor that I named Laura the Soap Lady. Juli, Jo and I are exhausted, better educated, exhausted and we did have a good time all-in-all. We changed our original set up three times and sold a fair amount of products. We got 3 or 4 invitations to enter more craft fairs but all I want to do right now is lie down.

Thanksgiving 2011

The main thing I would like to say about these pictures is that we are all whooped, some still don't feel well, there was too much food, not enough people to eat it and we are SO THANKFUL that we got home on Wednesday after the travel debacle in order to celebrate Thanksgiving with our team and friends.

Rottenbug, the year of the stomach virus

It didn't last very long, but approximately 1 out of 10 people at the American Military and European Missions retreat in Rothenburg, Germany contracted a stomach bug. Rumor has it the Croatian mission team brought it to share. Unfortunately Craig and Merschon partook. Thankfully the rest of us didn't.

We had a great time worshipping, eating, laughing, learning, playing, and being together. We can't wait until next year!

p.s. Viktor took most of the outdoor shots. He might have a career in photography.

Ashlyn's Birthday and Halloween

Why are pirates so mean? They just 'aarr.'

Bailey, Davis, Billy and Alan

We have candy running out our ears. It's times like these that I wish we had a Student Center to pawn our exorbitant amount of candy onto. Thankfully we do have English class students and Baldoyle Block Party friends to eat a big chunk of it. Even with that said, Dr. Bryan will want to see the kids' teeth when we visit the States next year.
